Welcome to the Tola Blog: One Inbox, Every Conversation

Every growing team eventually runs into the same wall. A customer asks a question on WhatsApp, follows up by email a day later, then picks up the phone when neither message gets a reply. Three channels, three tools, and nobody on the team has the full picture.
Why we built Tola
Support work is rarely difficult. It is scattered. The context that makes an answer useful lives in a chat thread one person can see, an email chain another person owns, and a phone call nobody wrote down. So customers repeat themselves, teammates duplicate work, and good answers take far longer than they should.
We built Tola around a simple idea: the channel a customer chooses should not change the quality of the help they get. Bring every conversation into one place, give the whole team the same context, and let automation handle the parts that never needed a human in the first place.
What Tola does today
WhatsApp, email and voice land in a single shared workspace. Each conversation can be assigned to the right person, picked up by a teammate without losing the thread, and closed out with everything the next person needs already attached. AI handles the repetitive requests end to end and passes the rest to your team along with the transcript and the context.
There are no phone systems to configure and no separate tools to keep in sync. You connect the channels you already use and start working out of one inbox.
Why voice matters to us
Most support platforms are comfortable with chat and stop there, which leaves the phone as the channel everyone dreads. Yet a call is often what a customer reaches for when something actually matters to them. Tola answers, understands what the caller needs, resolves the routine requests on the spot, and hands over anything that needs a human without making the customer start again.
What you can expect from this blog
This is the first post, so it is as much an introduction as anything else. Going forward we plan to share product updates as we ship them, honest notes from building an AI product for real support teams, and practical writing about customer communication that is useful whether or not you ever use Tola.
We would rather write a few things worth reading than publish constantly, so expect posts that go a little deeper than a changelog entry.
Come along
Thanks for reading our very first post. If your team is juggling conversations across too many tools, we would love to show you what one inbox feels like. Request a demo, or simply subscribe and follow along as we build.
